How to show your expertise on your website

People want to find the best person to answer their question or solve their problem, especially when money is involved. They want some assurance that you have the education and experience to get them where they want to go.

One quick way to do this with maximum impact is to put effort into your About page.

What to include about you

  • A section about why you do what you do

  • Your education or certifications, and years of experience

  • Testimonials from happy clients

  • Talk about the transformation you want for your clients

  • Clear, high quality headshot

  • Photos of you doing things you love to do, to show your personality and provide more ways of relating to your potential clients.

 
The About page of your website should be at least 4-5 paragraphs. The idea is to establish your expertise and encourage them to book time with you or feel confident purchasing a product.
